Who can buy?
Our system gives you complete control of the entities you want to compete for your product offering. Within the User Management module, you can selectively minimize credit risks, product quality issues and business relationships with our real-time counterpart management tools, by controlling access to purchase. Within the Event Administration module, you determine who will be allowed to participate in an auction. Only invited participants are given bidding access.
User Management provides tools to manage internal users and external users (buyers) while securing the system where user permissions determine access. As the administrator of your solution, you have access to create new users (internal and external), manage or access customer information, and manage user access. Customizable permissions such as email notification of product sales and participation in auction/negotiation for eligible products can be set for your buyers.
Food & Beverage Market Solutions provides Counter Party Management functions to allow you to control the purchase behavior of customers to conform to established credit policies and purchasing guidelines. Online tools are available to administer those policies for individual customers or groups of customers with a custom designed profile. You can manage a buyer's eligibility to bid/buy based on criteria such as brand availability, forward buying, total purchase or receivables volume outstanding, and credit limits.
