Previous versions of solicitations are stored and can be used as a template for new RFx or solicitations. The buyer utilizes edit panel technology to revise or update any portion of the buy. This streamlines the administrative processes because repetitive tasks are eliminated. Corporate or agency product specifications can be stored in the database for inclusion in a new solicitation, review by the potential suppliers, and validation of delivered goods prior to payment.
Contract templates and executed contracts are maintained with the set of integrated databases as well. These contracts are paired with the original buy order to provide your procurement team with a complete set of procurement documents related to the buy.
