Over the weekend, President Trump selected Michael Selig as his nominee for Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), pending Senate confirmation. Selig currently serves as Chief Counsel for the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Crypto Task Force.
