In this role, Stacey navigates the world of online shopping to help consumers plan ahead to make personal choices and put balanced family meals on the table. </p></div><div><p paraid="1556277895" paraeid="{c21b5392-50b8-4b8d-8070-59305908e892}{54}">Covering her territory on a typical day includes visiting stores to provide training, to help with the operational process and to improve efficiency and accuracy for online shoppers. She also brings her nutrition knowledge to the ecommerce platform, ensuring that it is easy for customers to filter by diet attribute and quickly find substitutes for special dietary needs, food sensitivities and allergies. </p></div><div><p paraid="1747682185" paraeid="{c21b5392-50b8-4b8d-8070-59305908e892}{94}">In the video, Stacey shares with us an excellent career achievement moment that resulted in research published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on the <a href="https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jand.2024.07.007" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Impact of a Registered Dietitian-Led Food as Medicine Program</a>. She combined her passion for both dietetics and ecommerce for this project, and the study ultimately showed the valuable impact of RDNs using grocery ecommerce as a platform to improve overall health and well-being.
