ACSA Urges Biden Administration to Encourage Labor Negotiation Solution

Today, ACSA along with 176 other state and national trade associations sent a letter to the Biden administration urging them to encourage the International Longshoremen’s Association and the United States Maritime Alliance to come back to the negotiation table to reach a deal ahead of the September 30 deadline. Failure to reach a deal could have a significant impact on our members’ ability to move cotton to our international customers.
