Farm Progress America, March 18, 2022

Max Armstrong wraps up the week continuing his look at a monthly consumer survey from Purdue University. It turns out that “taste” is a key driver for buyers, followed by nutrition. Affordability is also important. But what’s not-so-important? Environmental impact and social responsibility are lower in the priority list for respondents. And Max offers insight on organic food and generic items too.

Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
